Click here to download the installer program. Save it to someplace you'll be able to find it. When you've downloaded the program, just run the installer.
The program will start automatically after you've run it. You'll see three updates, called "Welcome to NewsMon," "How to use NewsMon," and "Tell your favorite publisher."
Take a couple of minutes to read these. They'll tell you everything you need to know to use the program.

Download NewsMon.exe and qtintf70.dll. You can put the files anywhere on your computer that you like, but both must be in the same directory.
